a clean, cozy upper half of the house with private entrance Income property only - nobody lives in the house. You have the upper to yourself! Street and private parking and private laundry! We have lots of positive reviews on other sites! The house is not child-proof, but we do have a playpen and high-chair and other gear available.
the parking lot off alley is about 36 ft deep by 21 ft wide and it is shared with guests in the other half of the duplex
we have a key-less entry so you have one less thing to keep track of! just bring in your personal items and groceries and make yourself at home!

Fermi is 10 miles, Midway Products is 4 miles, and Detroit Ave with its many industrial sites is 2.7 miles. We are minutes to I-75, M50, M24, I275. 30 miles to Detroit or Toledo OH. 45 miles from Ann Arbor MI. 40 miles to Canada. The YMCA is less than a mile away. If you love chili dogs there are two great spots right across the river from each other on Front St. and Elm Ave.

There is a Dollar General, CVS, Dollar Store, a few blocks south near Kroger on Monroe St. (M-25) if you need something.
