the home is a 85 m2 cozy row house spread throughout 2 floors with a rather big outdoor area and a beautiful wooden staircase inside Ideal for long stays.
when you book with us this is what you get:
the bottom floor includes your own laundry/utility room with a new washing machine, dryer and everything that you might need for looking fabulous Here you have a sink as well to clean up your flurry friends in case of mud or rain outside.
you will find storage place for your coats and shoes just at the bottom of the stairs and a cozy space for your pet friends to stay when you have to leave the home without them
just up the stairs you will be set into the right vibe with our electric fire place that will welcome you on the main floor
the main floor has 2 beautiful a frame style bedrooms with blinds and curtains for peaceful sleep

The 60” TV is linked with an Apple TV* and you can use your own log in to check out your favorite shows and movies.

the living room provides a 180x200 cm sized comfortable sofa bed with the softest bamboo bedding as well
our main dining area seats 6 people comfortably for a nice dinner and gives you access to view the tv and fireplace as well from this spot
our kitchen is fully set up for cooking if you miss home made meals You will find everything that you might need to make delicious meals from pots, frying pans, wine glasses, chopsticks, sharp knives and different size of serving bowls.
we also have everything you might need to speed up your cooking process: air fryer, microwave, hand mixer, toaster, juicer and so on
we of course love a great cup of coffee so we made sure you have an easy to use nespresso machine to get that great cup of coffee up on arrival Our coffee station is yours and at your service at all times. If you run out of coffee please continue to refill it yourself.
once you are ready for a fantastic night sleep our bathroom is waiting for you with both a shower and a bath You can just make a relaxing bubble bath and enjoy a glass of wine while you might watch your favourite show on your bath tray.
important note: this is not a jacuzzi bath this is a simple normal bathtub with no extra functions!
the outdoor place has a great fire pit & grill for cozy nights with your friends and family You will find some grilling supplies in the bottom floor for those crispy marshmallows. Don’t forget to grab one of our cozy outdoor blankets on your way out and enjoy the warmth of the fire and the view of the sparkling skyline.
important note: please make sure to buy your own wood or charcoal for the fire pit and grilling!
we are happy to have up to 2 dogs in the home, however we would like to ask you to really care for the property and treat it like your own home We have everything you might need in the utility room to clean your little four legged friends and a set up if you need to leave your dogs while you are not in the home. If an accident or damage occurs please let us know so we can address the issue.
important to know that the property isn’t fully fenced and the neighborhood has dogs, cats and children Please make sure you never leave your dog unattended in the garden and you are thoughtful of our neighbors while you stay in the home. It’s your responsibility to keep a safe environment while you have your pets in the garden.

you could easily reach the center by foot, it takes about 10 min or by car in about 3 min (Parking is free for limited time here at the square).
you will find great restaurants, bakery & coffee shops, gym, grocery stores, liquor store, hairdressers, pharmacy and other shops at the main square
you will find the famous “vellingeblomman” down the road from the home in about 10 min with car This is a popular spot for getting fantastic and stylish interior items for your home, drinks and food items, flowers, home decorations and souvenirs.
they also have a mind blowing pet section with everything you would ever want or need for your pets
you can also take a great “fika” here what is basically coffee with a bun and cozy time It would be a mistake to miss out on their waffle buffet or have lunch in their bistro.

The shop produces their own cheese, butter, dairy products and grass fed meat. You have the possibility to have lunch on the spot as well.

copenhagen airport, 11 min to beach in höllviken or about 20 min to the famous beaches in skanör and falsterbo
