Perfect Entertainment home for large families and groups.

this is an entertainment home that is great for large families and groups wanting to spend quality time together while still having a bit of privacy Single family residence with 4 bedrooms on the main primary floor and the 5th bedroom in the basement. Open the Large double doors to the giant deck that includes large patio table and chairs, grill, comfortably seats up to 16. Fully fenced in yard with a fire pit & chairs. The kitchen is a chefs kiss with large counter tops and enough cookware / dinnerware to serve up to 16. A smart home with music and Tvs in most rooms. Perhaps our location is the best part as we are close to everything, be anywhere in the Dayton area quickly as we are just off interstate 675/ I-75.
