Summary: The property manager was very pleasant to work with and accommodating on a credit card matter that got cancelled mid booking. No concerns there. The property itself was challenging at best. The bathtub was old and creaky to the point you couldn’t shift your weight without making loud noises. The front door window was broken and had cardboard and duct tape over it. There is broken furniture in the living room. There is clear water damage on the floors in the bathroom. There has been no yard upkeep. The place has potential but needs even the slightest upkeep to be presentable. Was quite disappointed in the quality of the property. I know there is a master’s upcharge but this is the most I’ve paid at a property ever and I think the least liveable place I’ve stayed in.
