» there is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night
» while we accept dogs, please be a respectful dog owner It is expected that dog owners will clean up after their dogs, inside and outside. Fees may be incurred if extra cleaning is necessary. The only pets we allow are dogs and unfortunately cannot allow any other pets of any kind.
» the private hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by
