the property is in driving distance to downhill & cross country ski areas in ny and vermont The closest downhill/alpine skiing areas are Beartown (~20 minutes), Whiteface (~45 minutes), and Titus (~60 minutes). the downstairs of the house was renovated with new floors, walls, lighting, and tongue & groove wood ceilings There is a full bath downstairs. The renovated upstairs has four bedrooms and 1.5 baths. All bedrooms have queen beds, three have smart tvs. There is a pull-out sofa in the downstairs common room.
