The rooms were completed in 2016 with modern bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens. A small kitchen block with sink, refrigerator and induction hob also serves as a dining and work space. The beautiful Tölzer farmer's cabinet from Gregor's grandmother is waiting for your laundry. the coach house was built in 1890 as a horse stable and carriage house for the "villa fischer" In coordination with the protection of historical monuments, we completely renovated the building in 2016 and expanded three holiday apartments. The lake room is on the ground floor. Mountain and forest rooms can be reached via the external stairs and are located on the upper floor. They have a common anteroom and can also be rented as a unit. The lake room has its own south-facing terrace. For the mountain and forest room there is a beautiful gravel courtyard in front of the coach house, which invites you to sit outside.
