This spacious and tastefully decorated three bedroom and two bathroom house is right in the centre of town. It is just 200 from the post office and 200 - 700 metres to the jetty, beach, river and park, CBD, hotels, restaurants and cafes, shopping, cinema, and the Butter Factory and Historical Museum. The bus station is a 100 metre walk away and a bus stop is just around the corner. Very quiet street considering its central location. everything is so close you will love it!

the home is fully self contained with a fully equipped kitchen, electric oven, gas cooktop, microwave and delonghi magnifica s coffee (bean) machine The living area and the main bedroom offer reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort. The second and third bedrooms have a ceiling fan. Also enjoy the lovely wood fire to warm the house on these cool winter nights. The two toilets are located separate to the bathrooms, and the second bathroom has a bath. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. There is a smart TV so you are welcome to use your own Netflix ID.
