we have an attached 1br studio to this house The newly remodeled studio is under the same roof as the Chazzdoorway property. All is separate except for parking, backyard and lanai area which will semi shared. The designated parking for the studio is on the grass to the right of the driveway and the house parking will be the driveway. You can rent the whole property for additional $30 at night, which will then make it a 3/2. It has to be mentioned at booking and depends on availability.
