Come experience Old Florida in our circa 1957 Mid-Century Modern home! It boasts open living areas with the bedrooms on one wing of the house. A glassed in lanai stretches across the entire back of the house. The floors are original terrazzo. There are many vintage furnishings throughout the house.
you will enjoy the large kitchen with original working cooktop and oven it is well stocked and very pink!
flamingo house has two bedrooms The master has a king sized bed, and the second bedroom has a queen. Between the bedrooms you will find a beautiful vintage tiled bathroom that has been recently updated. we also have a laundry room/half bath combo, and we recently installed an outdoor shower!
there is a full sized sleeper in the living room as well as a roll away bed The sofa on the lanai is quite comfy as well! You will find the laundry and half bath off the kitchen. In the mudroom you will find plenty of chairs and toys for the beach. we even have a sifter for all the sharks teeth you will find at the beach!
there are many public beaches close by Manasota Beach is about 3 miles south of us. It has bathroom facilities and public parking. Blind Pass Beach, 8 miles south of us, is a state park with free parking, bathhouse facilities, and wide beaches. There are several excellent public beaches on Venice Island, including a dog beach..
