Positive: We stayed at Rate Fjortes Hotel in Vlora and it has its ups and downs. It’s perfectly central — really easy to get around. But the rooms were very small, better suited for one person than a couple or family. Breakfast was included, but it was very basic — just coffee and a croissant. Overall it’s fine for a short solo stay, but don’t expect much more.

Negative: Breakfast, room size.

Summary: Central but too basic for more than a quick stay.
