the lodge is situated on a scenic wooded bluff overlooking crooked creek You can enjoy excellent bank fishing that is seasonally available on Crooked Creek which is on the premises. There is also excellent bank fishing on public land on the Kasilof River which is a short walk from the Lodge (one to two blocks). There is also great success with non-guided fly fishing or spin fishing elsewhere throughtout the Peninsula. Cohoe Lodge is your base camp for Salt Water excursions available in nearby Cook Inlet, Seward, and Homer for Halibut, Ling Cod and Red Snapper. cohoe lodge has housekeeping apartments, each with its own private entrance, kitchen and eating area, sleeping area and bathroom with tub and shower Each unit can comfortably accommodate four to six people and are fully furnished with cooking and eating utensils, linens and bedding, stove and refrigerator, freezers, and individually-controlled heating. Each has an outside deck for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the area. There is also a outdoor hot tub on a deck overlooking Crooked Creek meandering through the valley below. Views of the Kasilof River Valley and the Kenai Mountains are also present for your enjoyment.
