this home features two stories, upstairs is the main house with full kitchen , washer and dryer, two bedrooms and two bathrooms The bonus is the view from the screened patio over looking the bay. Have your coffee, wine, beer or cigars while sitting at the high top table.

the downstairs is a full apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom, there is a door dividing from the den which has a pullout sofa bed

downstairs is a covered patio with a full stainless steel outdoor kitchen.. BBQ grill with double burners , sink ,French refrigerator and full ice machine .
