parties/noise: in order to respect the neighbors and our quiet neighborhood, we do not allow parties in the house, and we kindly ask that things are kept on the quieter side after 10:00 pm
number of guests: there will be a fee of $25 for each guest over 4 unless discussed with us, even if the person does not stay the night This is to prevent parties.
check-out: check-out is before 11:00 am There will be a fee of $100/hour for late checkouts. Please let us know about the time you plan to check out so we can pass this information on to the housekeepers. We kindly ask that prior to leaving, place any dishes in the dishwasher and start it, and take out the trash. Leave the home basically as you found it when you arrived.
restrooms: please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, including wet wipes and flushable wet wipes
smoking: our house is a non-smoking home, please only smoke in the backyard No smoking of cigarettes or weed inside the house or there will be a $300 charge.

damage: we understand that accidents happen We ask that you please let us know when something is broken so that we can replace or repair it. There is a stain remover under the sink in the kitchen for the carpet and bedding.
pets: pets are allowed with a $100 per pet, non-refundable fee No more than two (2) pets are allowed. Please alert us prior to your stay if you are planning on bringing along your pet. All pets must be fully potty trained, and not track mud or dirt into our home; please clean your pet's feet if they are dirty/muddy prior to allowing them in the home. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture, including the beds. Keep the bedroom doors closed that are not being used. We shall not be held responsible in any way for anything that may happen to your pet.
$100 fee for any animal waste found on the property (inside and/or outdoor spaces) after you leave

security lock: the august smart lock will automatically lock after 30 minutes of inactivity
