our cozy cottage sits on a ¼ acre of land for your exclusive use It is conveniently located 0.4 miles (8 minute walk) from a private community beach located on the Chesapeake Bay. Shops, a grocery store, and restaurants in the Cape are ½ mile away and many more are within a short drive.
