No smoking. . Ferryman's Drift is located on the main stretch in Dartmouth leading down to the lower ferry, which travels to Kingswear. This makes the apartment perfectly situated for not only travelling across towards Kingswear and Brixham, but also for visiting Totnes in the opposite direction. The apartment has been fully renovated in 2022 and is located with all of the variety of bars, restaurants and shops directly on your doorstep. As you enter the front door at road level, you find yourself in the open plan living space. This area is bright and airy, with table and chair seating, a sofa, armchair and a fully equipped kitchen with all you could need when not eating out or exploring what the area has to offer! Up a couple of steps from this main living area leads into a hallway where the utility cupboard with washer/dryer is located. Along this hallway is also the two bedrooms; one with bunk beds and the other with a kingsize bed. The family shower room is situated at the end of the hallway.
