The studio is one of 5 units in a converted 1920s home. It comes with a completely segregated entrance and it has its own kitchen and bathroom; thus, only the entry way is shared with the tenants in the other units. The tenants are ALL long term; they have been in the property for an average of 9 years. They are quite and wonderful folks. They are hardworking and barely home. This unique place has a style all its own. We choose excellent international art, all originals, for its decoration.

our studio is small, but it has everything required for a comfortable stay of any lenth The work station is comfortable with a legitimate office chair. WiFi is strong, reliable and a very fast fiber optical. You can connect as many devices as you wish. You can do as many zoom conference meetings as you wish. It won't fail you.
we take pride in being excellent hosts; so we choose the best quality appliances, supplies, linen and towels for your enjoyment Our shower has great water pressure and our bed could not be more comfortable. It was a cutting edge memory foam mattress that fits all possible preferences. We have 4 pillows of different softness, so you can pick and choose those better fitted for your preference.
