Positive: The property is very spacious with lots of storage

Negative: It was not very clean when we arrived.. The decor/furnishings are very basic. The soft furnishings shown in the images (rug/cushions etc) had been removed. The entrance is very shabby.. dirty and scuffed front door. The wheelie bins are stored under the living room window, which is unpleasant. The shower tray kept filling up with water and not draining properly. This was dealt with but needs further resolution. The dishwasher was not working properly from the outset then stopped working altogether. The garden is lovely and sunny but the patio is a bit dirty and pretty unpleasant and there is no outdoor furniture to make use of and enjoy the garden. The heating cannot be adjusted and the thermostatic valve in the bedroom facing the rear is not working. Despite warm sunny days the heat was blaring from early in the morning. It was stifling.

Summary: A spacious and comfortable home. With a little attention to detail it could be a whole lot more desirable.
