originally built in the 1800's and renovated in the last decade, the farm stay cottage is a charming mix of old and new A beautiful screen porch with wooden rockers faces east and captures the morning sun perfectly. The kitchen is small and quaint with new appliances installed in 2020. South and West facing windows wrap around the main room letting in sunlight, summer breezes, and a stunning view of Toddy Pond and the Camden Hills beyond. On chilly fall and winter days, a cozy wood stove makes you want to snuggle into the window seats, nap in the sun, and never leave. The first floor master bedroom has southern and western windows that wrap around opening to the farm fields and surrounding apple trees. A lovely (and steep) little stairwell takes you up to two sweet bedrooms, a second full bath, and an adorable sleeping nook.

The water is lovely for swimming and the four kayaks are perfect for fishing and exploring the pond and several small islands. Nesting loons and bald eagles are always a delight to see and hear on the pond. There is excellent smallmouth bass fishing as well.
