guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government ids of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.
we require that guests adhere to the mandatory nsw code of conduct for the short-term rental accommodation industry Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security camera overlooking the driveway/outdoor entry area.
