the resort office issues pool passes between 9am - 6pm daily, sunday 9am-4pm If you plan to use the swimming pool on your arrival date, please arrive by 4:00PM. After the resort office issuing pool passes closes, you will need to wait until the following morning to get your pool pass and use the pool.
