guests have access to the full property except from the grey fence at the back of the property and x2 large shed behind this fencing and also the car port room located outside the house (fully locked and not accessible from inside the house at all).

- only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $65 per night per item used
