~if you are planning on having a party, this is not the house for you! we have neighbors that are full-time residents We have quiet hours of 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
~our water heater will only serve hot water to one fixture at a time The power grid in Crystal Beach is not the greatest, so the lights may also flicker when hot water is being used. If that’s going to make or break your vacation, I would consider another location.
