this spacious home features four lovely bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind
the master suite offers a comfortable king bed, private deck with mountain views, attached bathroom with standing shower and a walk-in closet This room is on it’s own level within the house for plenty of privacy and has extra seating and lights so you can relax and read a book. The bathroom is stocked with complimentary toiletries and plush towels.
on the other side of the home are two large king bedrooms with cozy blankets, ceiling fans and plenty of closet space
there is a large bathroom across the hall from these bedrooms which features a shower and bathtub combination so that you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower

our home is in a quiet neighborhood, its built on top of one of the many cascading hills leading into denver You will see some of the most gorgeous views of the Denver skyline. Once you've arrived you won't want to leave the open and comfortable space! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful so please respect our neighbors.
getting around:
the nearby bus and extensions of the public transit are less than 5 minutes away Head 10 minutes down the street to Westminster Promenade or Denver Outlets for restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I-25 is just around the corner and a quick connection to all the extended adventures Colorado has to offer! We are located North of Denver between 104th and Thornton Parkway.
*we are located about 20 minutes north of denver and 30 minutes from the airport, and 25 minutes from both golden and boulder *
