if you're looking for something unique and different this is it! enjoy being in the middle of all the activity in fairport on the erie canal There's so much to do in the area, but you won't want to leave! Listen to the ringing of church bells daily, the sounds of nature and also...the trains going by across the canal. It is a true mix of peace & quiet and then sometimes lots of activity. There are train whistles blowing throughout the day and night.

it is a unique triangle shaped building and you do have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the cozy 3rd bedroom which includes a full size mattress, lots of fluffy pillows, a dresser, tv, nautical decor, with adjoining office space and huge walk in closet
