This period semi-detached holiday cottage overlooks the beautiful Axe Valley and is just one mile from the popular holiday resort of Seaton, on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. It is located in the village of Colyford, which is a situated near the border of East Devon and West Dorset, just 7 miles from Sidmouth and 7 miles from Lyme Regis. The area is a quiet, peaceful location where you can get-away-from-it-all and relax amongst beautiful rolling countryside and lovely beaches. Colyford boasts a well stocked friendly village shop/PO/butcher, just a 5 minute walk, where you can go in for the morning papers and come out with a local pie for lunch and a bottle of wine for the evening. Buy some of the fantastic produce from the butcher for a barbecue in the garden or walk to of the 2 village pubs which both serve food. Bryher is a 5 minute walk to the Seaton Wetlands Centre where you can walk into Seaton and visit the Jurassic centre and ride the Seaton tram.
