this fabulous three bedroom penthouse apartment is situated at the southern end of the block on two levels with spectacular uninterrupted sea views from almost all rooms and enjoys complete privacy The apartment has just been refurbished and is finished to a very high standard. Accommodation includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a new fully fitted and very well equipped kitchen with granite countertops and Siemens appliances. There is a dining area off the kitchen leading out to a large livingroom with a flat screen smart TV which also has 200+ live international channels. The large covered terrace can be accessed from the kitchen/dining area and the livingroom and has a second dining area for six people plus a seating area and also enjoys the wonderful sea views. The master bedroom with a super king bed overlooks the beach and has a dressing area, an ensuite with walk-in shower, jacuzzi bath and twin basins.
