friday and saturday must be booked together on weekends for a 2-night minimum stay Occasionally there is a 3- night minimum during holidays or special events. That isn't very often and we can be very flexible with that, so just check in with me.

if you are looking to smoke there is plenty of space on the patio allowed outside Just a reminder that there is no smoking of any kind permitted in the home. So just a reminder that if ashes, cigarettes, joints or smoking smells are found, you will be charged a $750 fee cleaning fee as it takes a lot of work to get the smell out in a big house like that before the next guest arrives. In addition there is a $500 fee if you or your guests disturb, move or turn off the smoke detectors as it is a safety concern and our guests safety is our highest priority.

pets are usually very welcome, but please check with me first we do our best to make our home lovely for all of our guests so please return it to us well cared for!
