Otherwise, there will a flat fee of $500 for delayed checkout. We also do not allow any guests with a criminal background into our property.

At no point in time should the number of individuals present inside the suite go beyond the guest count that was reserved. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise monitoring sensor to detect the noise level inside of the suite and surveillance cameras at the front door outside of the unit for security.
