camp watercolor is literally steps from the home, making it a dream to not have to worry about parking! the beach club is about a 5-minute lsv ride the ultra desirable location of this home cannot be beat especially for families!!!
camp watercolor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, the canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground
the watercolor beach club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!) It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. all of these amenities have beautiful views of the gulf!

beach chairs through watercolor beach club should be reserved well in advance
in order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.
check in is 4:00 pm & check out is 10:00 am These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.

all renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian
poolheating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th.
the lsv is not to be driven past the town of seagrove to the east or the town of grayton beach to the west Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
