The property also includes the elegant Carriage Barn set up as a Game Barn with a ping pong table, pool table, Corn Hole game and Bocci (to be set up outside).

In temperate weather, there are walking trails around the multiple hay fields and to a large wildlife pond created by a dam built by beavers (who occasionally can be spotted swimming there). That location in particular is a favorite for birding. If there is snow, the hillsides provide terrific sledding opportunities. Guests are also encouraged to bring cross-country skis or snowshoes. In the summer, a private pond for swimming is available, located on the neighboring property (mine) across the road (a 5-minute walk or 2-minute drive). The pond, however, is only recommended for good swimmers as it is deep and only accessible from a raft.
