Punt Vierkant, the Lake, Angel City, and even the famous wreck of the Hilma Hooker are literally right in front of your door. From your beachfront terrace with private pool you will enjoy amazing sunsets, more often than not spiced up by flamingos and dolphins.

The property is located only 10 minutes from town or the airport, yet well away from the noise and hustle of tourists, airplanes and cruise ships. One of the world's windsurfing hot spots and spectacularly beautiful ecosystems, Lac, and the equally famous Kite Beach are both a mere 10 minute drive away.

This exclusive seafront location has its own beach and a selection of Bonaire´s most popular dive sites right in front of the house. The luxurious villa is maintained and equipped to the highest standard and is surrounded by a small but lush and colorful tropical garden with ample parking space.

The very spacious villa consists of three floors, and comfortably sleeps 8 adults in five air-conditioned bedrooms with three bathrooms. The villa was specifically designed to let the ever present Caribbean breeze flow through the entire interior, providing a very pleasant atmosphere. All doors, windows, and shutters are protected by mosquito nets.

Access to the beach and sea is from the terrace. It is literally no more than three steps to the sea, so the dive sites are easily accessible to all ages. The house is equipped with an emergency generator in case of power outages on the island.

Summary: House was just as listed. Location just far enough away from town to be quiet but close enough to drive 10-15 min at night for dinner. Great snorkeling rot out front of property. Amazing dive shop 200 meters down the road.
