additional trash pickup: we ensure all trash is removed before each guest's arrival If any extra trash pickup is requested during the stay, a $75 fee will apply.
additional pool/hot tub cleaning: the pool and hot tub are cleaned before your arrival If additional cleanings are needed during your stay, we’ll coordinate with our cleaning team to schedule the service. A $125 fee will apply for each additional cleaning.
events: any events must be disclosed to the host and the reservation must be made only after pre-approval from the host Unauthorized events are subject to at least $1000 fee plus any damage to the property.
pets: we are a pet-friendly property for a small fee of $250 per stay You may bring up to 2 pets. The guests are required to disclose the breed of the pet and the weight, for pre-approval.
