Furnished and equipped with all the standards amenities you can ask for on a vacation rental, plus the added bonus of pool access and a laundry in the unit.

the family room offers ample space with plenty of seating, making it the perfect place to gather with family and friends with a brand new 43" lg tv with streaming services, you can enjoy a relaxing movie night after an exciting day of scuba diving or swimming at the pool or beach!
the kitchen is fully equipped and well stocked for you to cook at home if you so choose!
our master bedroom features a king-size bed, futon, desk, ceiling fan, a/c, and tV with streaming options (Roku, with guest access to Netflix, youtube, and more).
the second bedroom, features a bunkbed, a double bed on bottom and single/twin on top, futon, ceiling fan, and a/c
the laundry room is attached to this second bedroom and soap is provided

as a guest of sunset villas, you have access to the large swimming pool located just steps from your condo! pool hours are 8am-9:30pm, please respect the closing time as quiet hours in the community begin at 10pm
other things to note
the rate you will pay through your booking channel covers all taxes, cleaning fees, wireless internet, and drinking water However electricity is not fully covered. Electricity is quite expensive on Roatan. We read the meter at check-in and check-out and charge $0.40 USD per kilowatt. We do include a small allowance ($40 covers ceiling fans, refrigerator and the items in constant use). Assuming you turn the lights and Air conditioning off when not in the unit, the electricity should be about $5 - $10 USD per day. A couple that rented a similar unit only used $51.85 USD over their allowance for a 2 week stay. Another couple used an additional $130 USD in just 1 week. Please conserve energy to help the planet and to not incur any additional fees!.
