Summary: The hotel was good but I reserved an apartment and they gave two separate rooms At the front desk they told me the roof was falling then I called a supervisor and she told me she apologize but is people still there and next day I have to call them couple times so they can move us to the apartment that we can really enjoy because the check out was next day and I even try to add days and they said I can’t But at the beginning they said they would recompense us for the inconvenience, something that doesn’t happen
