pool ranges from 2 feet deep (near the bbq grill) to 8 feet deep It has a gate around it for safety, however we ask all of our guests to swim responsibly. If you have children please watch over them. Pool toys are provided.

this is a family oriented neighborhood, we ask you to be courteous to the neighbors, quite hours are enforced per city guidelines
if you elect to charge your car at the house using the outlet there will be a fee based on usage
heating the pool is $80/day However, most of the time heating the pool isn’t necessary until fall & winter months. Sun hits the pool directly from 11 to 4, plus we have a solar cover that keeps it warm. We only remove it when guests check in.
