Newly renovated Two-story condo centrally located in the heart of the Tampa Bay area. This place is minutes away from I-4, I-75, 275 interstate and city landmarks such as USF, Temple Terrace Golf Course, BUSCH GARDENS, MOSI with more attractions and restaurants surrounding the area. Fully furnished with a fenced- in patio.
kitchen is fully equipped for home cooked meals with seasonings supplied This place is cozy and quiet and ready to host your next visit.
this property is in a nice quite area, the neighbors are nice and stay to themselves It is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath. Both of the bed rooms have queen size beds , dressers, and a chest. Master room has a Roku tv with Netflix , Hulu , YouTube and many more apps to choose from & The second room has a Roku stick with all the same apps. The living room is fully furnished with a Luther gray, white and black sectional , big enough to seat 8. In there will be a 50 inch tv with a fire-stick and surround sound connected to give that movie theater vibe ! Also there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that can seat 4 people. Let’s not forget the fully fenced in private patio with outdoor furniture, so you can set out and enjoy the outside ….. comfortably!

Summary: Pros: Great location to attractions, host answered when we had an issue, quiet community, easy to access and find, plenty of towels, great price for weekend getaways. Cons: Front door is missing a screw so handle is very loose. Pool was closed and not up to code, and front office is boarded up, this location needs to be removed from Vrbo locations with pool access until pool is back open, that was one of the main reasons we selected this location. I knew it was a pet friendly location but there was dog hair EVERYWHERE from to the couch to the carpet downstairs and in the bathroom on the rugs upstairs. Toilet seat upstairs needs to be replaced, white blanket and sheets in room to the right of the stairs has stains and is covered in hair (human). The matress cover in that room is plastic and is EXTREMELY hot when you sleep. Comforters look old, 3 of the 4 have holes and the stuffing is coming out. Pillows are flat in both rooms and need to be replaced. NOT sure If the host does not come to check the property every now and again but they should. Lastly we ran out of TP there was no extra in the house.
