Beautifully renovated in 2020 this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family friendly townhouse offers a bright and sunny experience for your vacation. You’ll be conveniently located less than a mile from Madaket Beach and Millie’s restaurant, close to Madaket Harbor, and a short walk to the Wave bus stop. when not relaxing on the beach, enjoy time on the beautiful deck, grill dinner on the bbq, or simply head down to millie’s for an amazing meal and ice cream while enjoying the amazing madaket sunsets!
as you enter on the first floor you’ll find the first bedroom with a double bed followed by the full bathroom with tub and shower Further down the hall you see the full sized washer and dryer and the second bedroom with 2 queen sized beds and a twin trundle bed that can easily expand to a king bed. This room also has a mounted TV and access to the first floor deck and outdoor shower.
walk up the stairs to the second floor and you’ll find the beautiful new kitchen and spacious living area with access to the large back deck The kitchen offers granite countertops, dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances.
