come enjoy all that grand county has to offer in this updated, comfortable dog-friendly second floor condo in granby ranch Located just minutes from incredible golfing, hiking & recreation trails, 10+ dining options, 3 lakes, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs Resort, and several conveniences such as Kroger, Starbucks, & Dollar General. This condo is tastefully furnished, with 2 primary bedrooms, 2 en-suite full bathrooms, and a stackable washer/dryer in-unit for guest use. Bedroom #1 has a king platform bed with a new 12IN gel memory foam mattress, as well as a full bath with tub/shower combo & walk-thru closet. Bedroom #2 has a queen platform bed with a new 10IN hybrid mattress, as well as a full bath with tub/shower combo & a walk-in closet. This room does have a sliding patio door attached, allowing access to the balcony & outdoor area. The sectional couch is a great sleeping option for (1) child as well. There are (2) TV's in the unit, both of which have streaming/app capabilities. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, including a newer Whirlpool range, dishwasher, microwave, & refrigerator. There are a variety of coffee maker options available for guest use as well as a small stock of cooking oils, seasonings, etc. Enjoy cooking on GreenPan, ceramic cookware! There is a sizable outdoor balcony and small sitting area, equipped with a propane grill & (2) outdoor chairs. The property features (2) communal fire pits as well as (1) communal hot tub with keypad access. Access to Ranch Hall (driving distance, 2.1 MI away) amenities include newly renovated fitness center/gym, clubhouse communal space, outdoor children’s play area, heated outdoor pool, & large communal outdoor jacuzzi. Access to this amenity building, $15.00/pp/pd. Should you be traveling with small children, this condo is very child-friendly. Owners provide highchair, sit-me-up, plastic dishes, safety gate, etc. please share if you need these items prior to arrival to ensure availability,
