this newer constructed manufactured home built in 2016 is located only 4 lots in from open water and offers the protection the canal while offering a spectacular view! features a 35' concrete seawall with cleats and dock posts, fish cleaning table, bait freezer and offers a store room to stow your fishing and dive gear The downstairs offers covered parking with outdoor picnic table and grill. The main living room features a sofa sleeper, 40' flat screen television and leads to the open porch with patio chairs. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances with lots of cabinet storage and island kitchen. Master bedroom features a queen size bed with 32" flat screen television and private full size bathroom. Guest bedroom features a full size bed with access to the balcony and hallway bathroom. Additional amenities include central air conditioning/heat, washer, dryer, ceiling fans, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, FREE WIRELESS INTERNET, outdoor furniture and covered parking for one vehicle. One small pet allowed (under 15lbs.), must comply with Venture Out Pet Rules and Regulations. Pet fee is required.
