this outstanding home is located in a gorgeous valley with rolling hills surrounded by the iconic mountain of pagosa springs Located on acreage, with a pond, and glorious mountain views, this three-story home is a fantastic Colorado getaway. walking up the front steps leads to ample patio seating with a propane fire pit and unmatched views!
upon entering the home you are greeted by a beautiful open floor plan of living room, dining room, bar, and kitchen The bar offers two stools and is characterized by rich wooded elegance. The living room features plush seating and a fireplace-perfect for evening conversations! The kitchen is spacious with clean-cut tile countertops, stainless steel appliances, and amenities galore! The dining room is tucked next to the kitchen with plenty of seating and views out of the surrounding windows. To the right, past the bar, and then down the hallway to the left is a full bathroom featuring a walk in shower. Further down is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Moving past that hallway leads to the main floor bedroom featuring a queen bed, smart TV, reading nook space, and a balcony with seating.
