There is a beautiful balcony that directly faces the ocean. There is a fully equipped kitchen and well as a delicious restaurant on site. This unit is a part of a beautiful resort with numerous amenities including a pool, hot tub, basketball court, tennis court, outdoor grill and fire pit, fitness center and playground.

There is no smoking in the unit or on the patio however there is a designated smoking area near the pickleball court. Quiet time is between 10pm - 8am.
