Master suite & 1 downstairs bedroom BOTH HAVE A KING, and 2 bedrooms have a Queen. 1 bedroom has a Queen sleeper sofa. The living room has a sleeper couch with automatic air features and we have 1 air mattress (Total of 7 beds). plenty of kitchen utensils, including cooking spices and oils! children friendly & lots of technology!
