Four seasons lake home located on the east shore on crystal clear Lake Lucerne with sandy beach access. Lake Lucerne is a 1039 acre lake with a maximum depth of 73 feet. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood 0.5 miles away from a public boat landing and minutes away from downtown Crandon, WI. The main level has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sun-room with sleeping availability, living room with a 2 story field stone fireplace, dining area, a gourmet kitchen with a snack bar and a laundry room. The upper level has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with a balcony overlooking the living room. You can enjoy beautiful sunset on a large deck right outside through the three patio doors in the living room that lead to a wood patio and 100 feet of sandy beach. Additionally, there is a campfire pit to toast your marshmallows. A long dock is available with a boat lift for your boat. The boat house next to the house has two kayaks, paddle boat, paddle board and a row boat available for your use. You can enjoy summer days fishing, swimming and boating on a beautiful Lake Lucerne. Winter months are perfect for snowmobiling with nearby trails available and ice fishing. There are also many cross country skying trails available in the area to explore the North woods winter wonderland as well as ATV trails. Local restaurants include Water's Edge, the restaurant on the lake where you can take your boat for dinner or to watch the weekly ski show.
