the ground floor consists of:
- a large open-space area that includes a kitchen and a dining room, equipped with a tv and a large table that can accommodate up to 10 guests this airy and well-lit space is further enhanced by large french windows that open onto the outdoor patio, offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape;
- a modern, fully equipped kitchen, which includes an induction cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and espresso machine, providing everything guests need to prepare delicious meals together;
- an open-space living room, accessibile directly from the dining room this room features a comfortable sofa, perfect for moments of relaxation;
- a guest bathroom
on the first floor, you can find the bedrooms, which are arranged as follows:
- one double bedroom with a single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower;
- one double bedroom with an annexe with a single bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and and access to a terrace through a french window;
- two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom with shower; both rooms have direct access to the outside via two french windows
to ensure a comfortable stay, the villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and mosquito nets on the windows
the rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; pool towels; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; wi-fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "easy rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3000,00 and subject to limitations).
