i am no longer renting please don't book this cozy and eclectic home is minutes from all the happenings on south congress and downtown
also very close to a bus stop and a short bike from east austin
beautiful large backyard and minutes from the grocery store
the front yard is wild life certified so you will be sure to see a lot of butterflies and bees and humming birds. also it looks a little bushy but it is on purpose :)
i rent my home when i am traveling this is not a full time rental therefore i will ask you to not open drawers or cabinets and leave you the items i offer on the kitchen and bathroom counter
i will leave you a clean and cleared out section of my fridge
if you are staying a week or so i will empty out the entire fridge for you :)
also i leave my bedroom closet empty for guests staying multiple nights
i pay for professional cleaning and wash and sanitize everything before and after guests
