Positive: we LOVED the location and of course the incredible view from the house and pool. Branco was very friendly and had tips for the surrounding area. House was located in a very quiet area, all you need is available. We broke a glass bowl during our stay which Branco graciously waived. Coast is within half hour drive.
Negative: not a huge problem but electrical was a bit spotty. A/C in combination with water cooker or washing machine would cause a breaker to flip. turn of a/c for a bit would fix the issue, just so you know.
Summary: Stunning views with all amenities at hand ensures a relaxed holiday 👍
