on a warm summer day pack a lunch and go for a short walk or bike ride right from the property through the forest and you will find the truckee river, where you can go for a swim to cool off and have lunch in a meadow by the river OR CONTINUE WALKING OR BIKING THROUGH MILES OF FOREST TRIALS.

The home features open beam ceilings, custom kitchen with bar counter that looks out to the forest and gets plenty of sun in the morning, for for enjoying your morning coffee. 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, , Gym equipped with assortment of workout machines, dumbbells from 5lbs to 60lbs, and a rower , Two car garage, has King bed with Gas fireplace, Skylights, Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom and view of the Creek. Sit in the tub, light some candles and listen to the sound of the creek with someone special,"Very Romantic". The house has 1 Gas Fireplaces, 5 Smart TVs, There are 1 large decks with patio furniture to sit outside and enjoy the trees and the sounds of the creek. A Hammock, Park bench and a Table for two are positioned parallel to the creek that habituated this part of the country. It is a very special spot. There is also RV parking with 50amp service. The house is situated two houses from the end of a cal de sac with walking and biking trials down the the Truckee River.
