Positive: Facilities. All the water facilities were clean and kept clean throughout our stay. The lazy river and spray area were very nice additions. The smaller kids really loved it. Overall, the house layout of bedrooms and bathrooms met our needs.

Negative: Ants - The upstairs kitchen, kitchen counter and table were infested with ants. The overall property was infested with ants which got into all the cars. Cleanliness - A secondary crew needed to come in to reclean. Also, the rugs need shampooing and the upstairs material couch/pillows have an odor. The shower curtains had mold and need to be replaced (one was by the secondary crew). Window sills had dead bugs. Upon arrival, we found the couches were not moved during previous cleaning, it was filthy under them.

Summary: Has potential for an exceptional rating if cleanliness and pest issues are addressed.
