Ocean views and deep water dockage with boating access to the Atlantic Ocean.Upon entering the 1st level of this 4/2 home you will find the completely updated kitchen and family area met with tons of natural light and great views of the ocean pouring in from the windows and sliding glass doors. Ground floor is the Kitchen, Dining room and Living room which are open to each other and the Ocean views.

The 50 foot dock with 50 amp service, fish cleaning station, and immediate water access help exploring the water of the FL keys by boat convenient. The second level holds the spacious 4th bedroom overlooking the ocean, walk out onto your balcony directly from the bedroom which is perfect for lounging and relaxing while enjoying the ocean scenery. Spacious outdoor living with Commercial Ice Maker and extra refrigerator, extra chest freezer. Nice 50' Dock with 4 foot draft.Three of the four bedrooms has its own TV. 2 kayaks included.The Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bath.The upstairs has a deck that opens up to view the hot tub, dock and Ocean. Lots of comfy furniture on this open deck.Three bedrooms share a bath on the main level. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed.
